General Rules

  • Abstracts must be written in clear, publication-ready English and must not exceed 300 words.
  • Multiple submissions permitted; only one abstract per author will be selected for presentation.
  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and aligned with the conference theme.
  • Abstracts previously published in journals will not be accepted.
  • A submission may include a maximum of two authors; only one shall be the designated presenter. Both authors receive a certificate of participation.
  • Any change of presenter must be formally communicated to the Organizing Committee.
  • No interchange between Online and Offline modes is permitted after confirmation.

Poster Guidelines

  • Conducted entirely in digital format (PDF, PPT, or high-res JPEG).

  • Self-explanatory graphics should dominate the poster.
  • Avoid jargon, acronyms, or unusual abbreviations.

  • Refer to drugs/devices by scientific names only — no trade names.

Conference Proceedings

Selected papers from Online and Offline Oral Presentations will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

  • Only selected papers will be considered — publication is not guaranteed.
  • Selection is at the sole discretion of the Scientific Committee.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee is final.
